The PhD in Legal Studies (SGiu) offers a highly qualified training program, covering various scientific fields of the legal area, in order to acquire the appropriate methodological tools to understand and pursue the study of the evolution of legal systems and institutions in their  national, European and international dimensions.

The Course is divided in two curricula:

"People, Rules and Institutions in the National and Supranational Dimension".

"Business Law"
